|Risk Management||2 Days||This class will help PMs eliminate 90 percent of project problems, and attendees will walk away with actual experience applying risk management to real-world project situations.||16|
|Defining and Managing Requirements||1 Day||In addition to strategies for eliciting requirements, this course offers over a dozen templates designed for obtaining better requirements—as well as techniques for gaining cooperation from managers, customers and all stakeholders.||8|
|Handling Unrealistic Project Schedules||1 Day||Students will learn to utilize the project information they are given at the start, clarify with stakeholders what is being asked, and plan and execute a realistic schedule.
